    Character Sheet
    General
    Name: William Arthur Weasley
Nicknames (and who is likely to use them): Bill – everyone
    Age: 34
    Birthday: November 29, 1970
Place of Residence (an address in Hogsmeade unless something else has been decided with the mods): 7 Bilius Way, Hogsmeade

    Appearance:
    Height: 6'1"
Weight: 165 lb normally, has recently dropped to about 151 lb
    Eyes: Blue
Hair Colour & Style: Dark red. Formerly very long, now shorter and rather shaggy
Skin tone: Pale but surprisingly clear, with comparably few freckles. He actually does tan.
    Build : Tall and lanky
Distinguishing Marks: Scars on his face that are mostly covered by his fringe and the beard sometimes wears. Bill was always good at charms and actually spent a great deal of time working on a glamour that would hide his scars. He perfected it and showed up with it in place for the appointment with Fleur to get their wedding pictures taken. She, in turn, demanded that he take it off at once. He has resorted to the glamour only on very rare occasions since then.
Dress Style: (remember that most wizards would wear robes, and that there is a war going on which might effect supplies) Bill still has his dragon hide pants and his boots. He generally wears robes, bit shabby but serviceable. He worries more about keeping his wife and children clothed than about how he, himself, looks. He has a few muggle clothes – mostly consisting of ratty denims and T-shirts with rock bands on them.
Things they would always carry with them (optional): Wand, muggle pocket knife, tiny charmed disc that shows pictures of his wife and children.
Other: He is both more stern and less buoyant that he was when he was younger. He is still fairly quick with a smile, however.

    Health
Disabilities/Handicaps: The full moon causes no visible physical change in Bill, but he does feel the effects of the Fenrir’s attack.
Health in general – both mental and physical: Bill was severely injured by Fenrir in the Battle of the Tower. His scars have never disappeared although they did stop weeping after about six months. He is now in generally good health, otherwise. Mentally, he has felt slightly more out of control ever since the attack. This has increased with the war. He is currently feeling deeply grief-stricken and guilty. He will try to hide this.

    Personality
First Impression (others have of you): Weasley – the old one.
General Behaviour: Bill dearly loves his wife and considers his two children the most precious of gifts. He was raised to be a family man. He has always believed in some version of right and wrong, although he doesn't look to rules to define those things for him. He is, and has been, struggling with the aftereffects of the attack by Fenrir Greyback. He has done this mostly silently and on his own. Even his wife is unaware of the true extent of his feelings on this, although she knows more than most and likely more than he thinks she does. Since the war began he has taken the roles of husband, father and oldest son very seriously. He is generally laid-back, although this characteristic has grown strained over the years. He is not at all above rolling around in the mud with his son or sitting down to a very serious tea party with his daughter. He also loves to laugh with his siblings, although he feels he has not done this in far too long a time. Molly's death has hit him hard. He is with his father ostensibly to "assist him" but he is also simultaneously grieving and doing a sort of penance. Bill struggles with his desires to be a good man and his newfound fear that he will never be able to fully pull that off. He also has a bit of a wild side that the attack has increased, though he generally suppresses it.
Strengths: Bill is generally steady, calm and competent. In his youth he was a natural leader due to talent and his laid-back, easy-going demeanor. He is never afraid to step up to a challenge and takes responsibility very seriously.
Weaknesses: Bill sublimates frequently – to such an extent that even he is occasionally not aware of it.
Habits: Bill tends to chew on his lower lip when he is worried.
Enjoys: Playing with his children; teasing his siblings; watching Quidditch; adventures that do not involve anyone dying
Dislikes: Crying – by anyone. He’ll do nearly anything to make it stop.

    Family
Spouse/partner (if applicable): Fleur Delacour Weasley
Parents: Arthur and Molly Weasley (Molly is recently deceased)
Sibling(s): Charlie, Percy, Fred, George, Ron, Ginny
    Children: Lucas, Charlotte
    Bloodline: Pureblood
Family History: Bill is the oldest of seven children. His family is old and well respected, though they have never had much in the way of material things. This has actually stood all of them well in the war. All of the Weasleys know how to make the most out of very little.
Bill married Fleur in the fall (rather than the summer - owing to his injuries) of 1997, and they have been together ever since. Fleur and Bill have two children. Lucas is an old family name on the Delacour side. Bill agreed to this because he considered the day Lucas was born to be proof that he was the luckiest man on earth. He calls Lucas “Luck” or "my lucky boy" from time to time. He suspects that his wife disapproves of this. His daughter came along a bit over a year later. She is his princess and the apple of his eye.
Bill was away on an out-of-the-country assignment when the Burrow was attacked. The death of his mother shattered one of the main illusions of his life – that “things will work out in the end if only one does the right thing”. He feels tremendous guilt about the fire. Molly died protecting his children and he feels to his bones that that should have been his job (the protecting and even the dying if need be). His failure to protect those he loves torments him.
Pets: None currently, although Bill has toyed from time to time with thoughts of getting Lucas a niffler. Treasure hunting should be encouraged, after all.
Other: When his father's health/sanity came into question Bill went to stay with him. He did this partly because, as the oldest son, he feels this is his duty, and partly because he feels that he deserves to be close to (and target of) his father's suffering. He was nearly completely out of touch with all of his family (save owls to his wife) for several weeks once he returned to Ottery St. Catchpole. He is planning to repent of this error.

    Social/Romantic/Sexual
    Close Friendships: Family, others TBD
Known Enemies: Death Eaters. He is both intrigued by and afraid of Greyback.
Sexual Preference: Straight. Bill snogged a boy once in his sixth year while playing Truth or Dare. He was not repulsed, but he was not excited either.
Turn Ons: Laughter, the curve of an alabaster neck, fierceness, spirit
    Turn Offs: Whining
Past Relationships: Bill was very popular in school and afterwards. He had many relationships, both casual and more serious, before he met and married Fleur.
What they think about sex and love Bill is a romantic at heart but also a wild child. He enjoys sex very much thank you, and certainly never held back from getting close to people in that way. Since marrying he has been faithful to his wife. He still enjoys flirting, however. Love is a gift (in all its forms) and Bill recognizes this.
Other: Bill is feeling more and more out of control. He occasionally has violent fantasies, which both make him feel ill and rather excite him. He is attempting to master these things.

    Magical
Wand Type: 11 ¾ inches, rowan and dragon-heartstring
Magical talents: Bill is particularly good with curses – both breaking and casting them (although he does not advertise the latter talent to many people)
Magical weaknesses/aversions (what your character can't or won't do): He is loathe to use dark magic, partly because he is afraid it might appeal to him
First sign of magic – when and what: Four years old, Aunt Tessie’s house, managed to stick himself to the ceiling when she tried to pinch his cheeks for the third time
Boggart: One of his children, screaming in terror
Knows how to Apparate (y/n): Yes
Knows how to cast a patronus (y/n – if yes what?): Yes. Ironically, it is a grey wolf and always has been.
Knows how to use the unforgivables (y/n): Sort of. He has read about them and knows in theory what would need to be done to cast one. He has never done so.
Other: Bill is not a natural flier. He does alright but this requires far more concentration than he thinks it should. He has been careful never to mention this to his siblings.

    Schooling:
Year: (in relation to Harry's year) Graduated 10 years before Harry did.
    House: Gryffindor
Other Affiliations: Prefect, Head Boy, OOtP
    Best subject(s): Charms, Transfiguration, Potions
Poor subject(s): Bill is adequate in most areas and did well in all of them. However, he dislikes Arithmancy and Divination.
Electives s/he would have taken: All of them.
Best Mates: TBD (please contact if you’d like to be a former or current best mate of Bill)
Romantic interests: Many and varied while at school. Currently in love with his wife, Fleur.
Level of education reached (do your characters have OWLs/NEWTs – none of the above? Have they gone on to some type of training? Remember that there is no wizarding uni and that there is a war going on) Bill received 12 OWLs and scored well on his NEWTs. He received specialized training from Gringotts and picked up anything he could from his fellow curse-breakers and Order members over the years. He knows a lot of housekeeping charms thanks to his Mum.

Financial (Remember that in a war most people will not have much money – if any at all. Those who do profit from war are usually those who are willing to use exploit others. Keep this in mind when deciding on your character's monetary situation.)
Current Occupation: Part-time curse breaker for Gringotts
Other Occupations (side incomes, volunteer work, illegal activities): Soldier.
Monetary Situation: Bill moved to a desk job at the bank after the return of Voldemort and stayed there, working to support his family and enjoying being close to his parents and siblings. When Gringotts was destroyed in the spring of 2004, Bill was fortunately off the premise, though a great number of his coworkers and friends were killed. Afterward, he kept in contact with the Gringott goblins. Arrangements were made for him to continue to work for them in a contractual way. He is an expert curse-breaker and they had missed his skills in that area. To that end, Bill took it upon himself to take on the odd difficult job outside the country. In this manner he has kept a hand in the banking business and has been able to acquire some wizarding money. He uses much of this gold to assist the Order in obtaining things outside the country - when there is desperate need for magical items. He has also used his curse-breaking (and occasionally curse-casting) ability in trade for goods and services locally.
Other: Fleur runs the Primary School and charges a nominal fee for that – based on ability to pay, mostly. Between the two of them they are able to get by.

    Current situation
    Affiliations & Organisations: OOtP
Faction this character supports: Bill publicly supports Minerva. He is an Order member, a longtime friend and respects her greatly. Privately he wavers. He loves his children and his family. He keeps up with Muggle news. He has always had a bit of his father's fascination with Muggles and is more comfortable than many in their society. Still, he fears for the future of his world and wonders privately if there is any way to integrate that will not end in abuse of those who are magical.
Role in the ongoing war: See above. He was an Order member/part-time soldier before the destruction of Diagon Alley. After its destruction and the collapse of the economy he has been helping to procure magical items outside of the country, from time to time. He has taken part in battles in the past and intends to do so again. He considers himself a soldier. Bill will do whatever is necessary to keep his family safe.

Finally What is your character's deepest, darkest secret (one that other game characters probably wouldn't know and that he/she would prefer they didn't find out about) Also list the names of anyone who might know, or might be suspicious of this knowledge:
Bill has the potential to become an addict. He started taking calming potions during the full moon shortly after he was released from the hospital. This seems to help him keep his more beast-like tendencies at bay. He is an adequate potion maker and brewed them himself for a long time. When he can, and when he is out of the country, he has been known to procure a large supply. He has been very careful to not let anyone know of this. As time goes by and stress increases he has, on occasion, taken more and stronger potion. He also experimented with muggle barbiturates (among other things) when he was younger and in Egypt. Occasionally he thinks about trying them again. To this point he has not done so.

Bill thinks that no one suspects, but his Muggle is open to discussion.
